"They only reply to good reviews of course. I did talk to the store manager. So don't give me a copy and paste response a month later. First and last time I will pay for a service at batteries Plus. I will encourage everyone that I know and I will leave reviews everywhere that I can warning people not to go here. I was told replacing my battery on my cell phone would take an hour and a half. I received the call 2 hours later telling me they broke my phone screen and would have to wait 2 days to get the new phone and I said absolutely not. I need my phone ASAP. That is why I went to you in the first place because you told me it would take an hour and a half then they wouldn't help me in any way. Everything I asked for was told no. No, I can't call the manager. He's already gone for the day. No, I can't give you an estimate of when it'll be done. No, I can't let you go pick up the spare part at our other store and bring it in even though there's plenty of time to do that. No I can't make any promises. Then after I arrived for my phone they wouldn't meet me halfway after the huge inconvenience that I had to go buy another phone outright for work. They told me they were already out money on their side for fixing the screen which is not my fault. They didn't care that I had to spend $400 on a new phone and that I had to spend more money than I would have for fixing the battery and a new screen for a service that it was only supposed to cost me $75. The manager was not willing to make this right and only charge me half which is what I was asking for. I wasn't asking it for free. The manager is telling me that he went above and beyond which is not true. I'm the one that decides if he went above and beyond. He did not make this right. I was wearing my work uniform and he pointed out, I'm sure you have at your job and he mentioned the name of my employer made mistakes and accidents and I said yes and we make it right by the customer. Because the customer is the most important thing a company has without customers, it has nothing. This manager did not make anything right"

"I had a battery installed for $20. I chose the lifetime battery. This way they would always replace it free of charge. Little did I know my watch is not waterproof. So needless to say I had my watch working for less than a day. Went next day to Batteries plus to explain that moisture had gotten inside. Asked if they could refund money or possibly put guarantee on another watch. They said no to both questions and suggested a jeweler on Colonial Dr to check it out. I just wanted future customers to be aware of this. If you want lifetime guarantee please make sure your watch is waterproof so this misfortune will not happen to you. "I came here to have my phone fixed . Unfortunately, they didn’t hAve the part on stock . I was here on 2/8/22 around 6:30pm and the gentleman there took a look at my phone , cleaned the charging port and told me what was wrong with it . He was beyond helpful . These business is very honest . They didn’t have the part in stock but i got helped as far as they could. When I went to the Apple store they didn’t have the part I needed in stock either. but batteries plus bulbs was way more helpful than the Apple store 100%"
