I love my pharmacy and everyone who works behind that counter ❤"

"If you're looking for a pharmacy that doesn't treat you like another number & truly cares about your health, then look no further!!! Panama Pharmacy has been my pharmacy now for almost 3yrs now and anytime I have any questions/issues they've been there too help every time!!! The big bonus is if you don't have transportation (like myself) they will deliver your scripts too your front door!!! Panama has been a true blessing in my eyes and I'm very thankful they're my pharmacy!!!"

"Today my neighbor and I went to fill her pain medication at Panama. She was a long time customer and decided to switch back to the pharmacy. (She lost her insurance, so things have been a little difficult for her and she has several health conditions.) This being said, since this pharmacy does not accept discount cards, she would’ve had to pay out of pocket for ALL of her medications in order to fill her ONE pain medicine prescription. She also goes to emed for pain management and as I mentioned had just lost her insurance and was a long time customer at the panama pharmacy there. The pharmacist was very rude to an older, very sick woman and told her “I can tell this is going to be a problem so I can’t help you.” In the most condescending tone I’ve ever heard a pharmacist use. We took our business elsewhere. I understand being careful filling controlled pain medicines but expecting someone without insurance to pay several hundred dollars at once for every medication she has on file (a couple of her inhalers are a couple hundred dollars) is utterly ridiculous especially considering she is a long time primary care AND pain management patient. Smaller pharmacies are supposed to be significantly more compassionate to chronic pain patients and that was simply not the case here. Go elsewhere if you are a pain management patient so you’re not met with the same attitude that my poor neighbor was. She plans to mention something to her doctor at the next visit."
