"While I was visiting my daughter and her family in Connecticut, after imposing a self quarantine for the past 3 years, I got covid-19. The doctor gave me a prescription for an inhaler and called it into the store. Everyone in the store was very friendly and courteous and I picked up my prescription with no problem."
"The pharmacy is not going to make any effort. There was some confusion about my prescription and they insist my Dr. must call them. Except... they don't answer the phone. I'm not sure why they think my Dr. would wait on hold for 20-30 minutes. When I asked if the pharmacy could call my Dr., I was told they only communicate via fax (lol, Walgreens we are no longer in the 80's!). I'm guessing I have no choice but to send my prescription somewhere else."
