"The pharmacist and her staff is very rude and unprofessional. The pharmacist that was working today 9/13/2023 there didn’t want to work. We went to ask for a test and she even didn’t approach to the window to attend us with a proper care. She was extremely rude same way that her assistant who was the one in the window asking her the questions because she didn’t know. It’s sad how we have this type of people working on the medical field and they don’t even show love or compassion to others. Worst pharmacy in Miami."

"Rude arrogant people, lazy staff, unapologetic, always a long wait for no reason (even when I am the only client), somebody don't even speak a basic level of English to understand "how much?". One time they lost my prescription and I have to wait 24h to have it back. Most of the times they didn't even pick up the phone. I can't think to a worst pharmacy."
