"My Doctor required that My prescription for Ezetimibe be supplied by the Lab name SONDOZ and almost every time I have a REFIL the Pharmacy has the wrong lab and I have to make them changed to Mfg by SANDOZ this has been going on for the last 2 years. Waste of CVS employee time and frustration with customers. If at times they do not have the medicine they can wait until the pharmacy gets it and advise. This is unacceptable for a company like yours For how long ??????"

"Was in line behind another customer as the closing time approached. When they finally finished with the other customer it was 3 minutes past their closing time but the window was still open. I quickly told them that I knew they were closing but that it would be most appreciated if I could just pay for my script as my family was going out of town. The script was already filled and there was no one waiting in line behind me. The woman in front was going to graciously and quickly ring me up, when an apparent superior yelled at her from the back that she was not to help me. If it was not actually possible to ring me up or something, I would have totally understood. However, instead of a simple explanation, he was incredibly rude and dismissive. As a physician I can say I was very disappointed by this interaction and would never permit any of my staff to treat a patient in such a manner."
