"My glaucoma eye drops....I spoke with a knowledge and nice pharmicist ('Fi' a male) who was very respectful rather than the (rude female) who insisted I should have not run out of my eye drops if I used them correctly. She also did not have my 'new' prescription I presented when ordering my eye drops but chose to refill an OLD prescription from my primary physician. I am 82 years old and may miss my eye and have to redo but have NEVER had my eye drops run dry and been policed as to why! The female needs to take lessons from this male on how to speak to people. Mistakes are acceptable....rudeness is not."

"Did not contact me to inform they do not have the medic8ne on the prescruption sent by the doctor and I needed it on the day of pick up. They had 7 days to inform... They said "Oh well, we just didnt do it""
