"Pharmacy staff is extremely incompetent, and they DO NOT respect patient’s privacy AT ALL. Also, most of the time medications are called and they tell patients they don’t have the prescription or that it was picked up at another facility when prescriptions were given to them in person. Very sad experience. :("

"I always enjoy walking in a Navarro store. It helps you with every aspect, not only with pharmacy prdocuts. It's a whole convenience store. It's greats advantage is prices. Everything is a little cheaper than in a walgreens or CVS (Although it's the same company). A must, perfumes. Great variety of perfumes, great products, amazing low prices!!"
"Incredible How they treat customers badly, they work in a bad mood and they fight among themselves, the worst customer service I've ever seen. Especially those who work in the perfumery, are rude and disrespectful to customers. The manager Noverto, I don't know who was The madman who made him manager! He doesn't know how to talk or how to treat customers. They had never treated me so badly, I liked Navarro. I will not enter a Navarro ever again. People like these make goods companies a disaster."
