"Incredibly slow. Like they will not fill your prescription unless you hover and follow-up slow. Mixed up our name 4 times. 4 times! And they couldn’t find my pharmacy insurance information? Even though I had my insurance card with me…HUH?! Now I’m going to have to go through the circus of reimbursement myself. Go to another pharmacy. I repeat, please go to another pharmacy."

"Can’t get my prescription. You call and they have you on hold for 15+min . Text you saying the prescription you’re getting is ready but it’s not. You get there, wait in line just to waste your time."

"I've been on hold for lik 30 minutes now. There's no one else ahead of me. They let the phone ring then switch it back to hold music. Or they just let the call end without ever picking up the phone. It's pretty unprofessional."

"AWFUL!! Been out of my thyroid medication for a week. Keep telling me to come back because they will have it delivered and NOTHING. Techs are rude and careless and give attitude when I DEPEND on my medication. I always wait anywhere from an 1hr-2.5hrs for medication that is supposedly ready but get there and “we don’t have it”…. Something is so wrong!!! I ask for a manager and they are never here. The one time they had it, they gave me the wrong dose which is unacceptable."

"I received a call from the auto machine thing that the prescription was ready. I called them and spoke to a person, because I know it's not always ready even when I get the call... the person confirms that the item is ready. I get there and wait 40 minutes in the drive through line, and when it's my turn, they tell me to please go around again and make the line because it's not ready. I refused to move, because I was already waiting nearly an hour at this time. After another 15 minutes of not getting my daughters ASTHMA medicine, I leave. I go home and call and they tell me it's going to be another week! This place is so unprofessional it's unreal. I can actually hear the pharmacist asking 'is that her again?'. Hello, yeah, cause I still don't have my medicine :-/ I ended up going to the doctors office for a sample because I couldn't have my daughter in that condition. The only reason I gave 1 star is because 1/3 of a star is not an option. The employees absolutely don't care."
