"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I came in this pharmacy to confirm I’m in their system because I live in Georgia 11/6th/23 because I was getting meds post surgery 11/7/23. I was told yes I’m in the system & my current address is in the system. I sent my daughter to fill my prescription 11/7/23 & she was MY CURRENT RESIDENCE WAS NOT IN THE SYSTEM SO POST SURGERY I HAD TO GO BACK TO WALGREENS & I WAS told MY CURRENT INFO WAS INDEED IN THEIS SYSTEM & then had to WAIT 15 more minutes in PAIN!!! They ARE LAZY & DO NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY! SHAME AAON THIS STORE THEY ARE VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!! And unprofessional !"

"This week I’ve gone to the pharmacy three times to get my preventative asthma medication. Every time theyve told me that the medicine will be there in 2 days or the next day. Now I have ran out of my medication and I am supposed to take it every day. The lack of proper training/accountability of the pharmacy techs in this location is unethical and dangerous. Please do a better job of training your pharmacy techs."

"The Worst experience on a Walgreens ever. Besides the fact that is dirty the cashiers are slow and have no ability to make any decisions nor speak up. Beware of customers they cut in line are savages. and the manager let all this happen. Safe yourself headaches dont go there."

"This is a review for the pharmacy department at the Coral Gate Walgreens (Coral Way and 35th). I wish there was a No Stars option. What an inefficient system they have! I first made an online appointment for Drive-thru Covid testing. I arrived at the suggested time before the appointment, just to find a huge line of cars waiting. Turns out their prescription pick up lane is the same lane used for Covid testing. So making the appointment online was pointless, as I had to wait regardless. A couple of months later I made another appointment for the flu vaccine. I made it at a different time hoping the store would be less busy with people being at work/school. I took the first (earliest) available time. Got to the store to find their waiting pharmacy area was already full. At the window, they told me I needed to take a seat (none available) and wait to be called to filled out the consent paperwork. I informed them I had already competed all necessary steps online (again, hoping to make my visit as short as possible). A very rude, unhappy-to-be-alive pharm tech then told me "Well, it didn't print so you have to wait and do it again". I figured her life must indeed be very sad, and I, too, would probably be unhappy if I had to work at a place ran the way this Walgreens is ran, so I sat and waited. And waited. And waited. Over an hour. For a 2 mins shot. Ridiculous."
