"Placed order online for in-store pick up, got message ORDER CONFIRMED. Stopped in two days later to give enough time to get parts in. No order there, no order ever placed, no call to me, no one ever checked online/in-store orders until I got there. Fred who tried his best not to really help or resolve the problem, did a great job to be useless and have a attitude in doing anything to help or fix problems was a success. No customers in store to deal with while they were busy nothing either. Maybe it was BREAK TIME and I woke them from a well deserved nap, detect my sarcasm. Usually the service is good here, not this time. Customer service sucked."
