"My Roll N Lock was popping open so over two months ago I took it in to Turner at Line-X who agreed to file a warranty claim. He asked to take a video and proceeded to video himself slamming the cover closed so hard several pieces snapped off. He never once followed up with an update. I had to call him every few weeks for him to state he hadn’t heard anything. Today he told me he couldn’t even remember the issue and that basically I was out of luck. I’m guessing they didn’t want to cover damage caused by him. I would not recommend doing business with this location."
