"I cannot stress how incredibly frustrating my experience with this pharmacy has been over the past six months. The unnecessary and stressful hassle I’ve had to go through on a constant monthly basis with this pharmacy is unacceptable. They come off as very unorganized and unprofessional. Every single month, there is some issue that forces me to make an endless amount of unproductive calls between the pharmacy and my provider, I'm left on hold for extended periods, and my prescription ends up getting mailed out late, which is a serious issue because my treatment and prescription orders are extremely time-sensitive. Several different occasions, I would have to beg them to even send the tracking number. This month, the situation was the worst. I called on Tuesday to order my prescription after my medical appointment, but they claimed they hadn't received it, despite my doctor sending it on Monday. On Wednesday evening, the script finally appeared. They told me they'd call me on Thursday morning to ship it, but they didn't. So, I called on late Thursday afternoon to place my order. They assured me that I'd receive my meds the next day, on Friday, and get the tracking info by the end of Thursday. Come late Friday afternoon, I still hadn’t received the tracking number, much less the prescription, which I'd been told would happen. When I was finally able to speak to someone on the phone, the staff member said the medication would be arriving Saturday. But then I asked to please be sent the tracking number and they said they did not have it yet - this didn't make sense to me and can only lead me to believe that the medication had not even been sent out yet. Note, I had specifically told the staff that it was crucial I receive the medication on Friday as I was going out of town. When I finally received the tracking number, I learned through Fedex that the medication is arriving on Monday now. This entire experience has been so frustrating and unacceptable and I wish I would have read the online reviews before trusting this pharmacy with such a delicate treatment I am undergoing."
"I already had a bad experience with them but decided to try again. Confirmed my NEW address with the staff member on the phone several times and he even read it back to me. They STILL sent it to my old address. The only reason I know is because of the fed ex picture of my old door. Which of course I don’t have access to. I cannot understand the level of unprofessionalism. I’m in the medical field and I understand being short staffed, delays, etc. but this is just straight up negligence."
"Just awful. They submitted a claim to my insurance without my authorization and they don't pick up the phone or return calls. I tried to get my prescription through another pharmacy but, nobody was able to help me because, My Choice Rx had submitted a claim already (without permission). Do not use them. It won't allowed me to put less than a star, otherwise, they would get nothing from me."
"Totally unprofessional and horrible customer service. Been a week and the only outreach I’ve had was calling them twice myself to check the status and they asked for my insurance both times because they hadn’t even begun processing my prescription and clearly didn’t make note of my information the first time. Called my doc to send my prescription elsewhere…"
"They tell you they’re ordering your Rx and then they don’t even update you with the status. You’ll get conflicting info from the staff if you can even get someone to answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Email address on their flyer is not a valid email address and the fax number they have listed is different from the number on their outgoing phone message. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I’ve notified my Dr.‘s office of the issues I’ve had with this pharmacy."
