CVS

"CVS needs to stop asking its customers for surveys, start using live employees for checking out again, and stop giving us extremely long receipts for items we might never buy. It’s no wonder people do their shopping elsewhere like at Amazon. The pharmacist and the staff there are excellent. The store experience…. Vitamins, over the counter meds, cards, etc. is sorely lacking. Retired citizens ( like me) cannot even see the vitamins you sell because the display is terrible. Retired citizens ( like me) don’t like using a self checkout. I personally liked when an employee actually greeted me and would help me find what items i am looking for. The people in charge of customer service at CVS must be really young ( technology savvy but no personal skills) and sorely misunderstand what people my age (66) would appreciate in the CVS stores."
