"The only problem is with the prepay system. Was designed to have a no wait just pick up and go. This is not the story as you approach the prepay area you are still having to wait in the lines order. Better off to just go wait in line and pay. There is absolutely no benefit to prepay! To the workers, I applaud you all and are very much appreciated!"
"Reordered rx on app and through their email reminder. Got 3 text messages that rx was ready. Showed up and they have no record of any request. Told to wait 20 minutes and would fill it. Came back after 20 minutes and was told it was out of stock and would be in the next day. What a waste of valuable time."
