"Worst pharmacy ever. The pharmacist, Courtney seemed so pleasant on the phone. Then when I came in to see if my prescription was filled yet, she barely made eye contact with me and held up a stack of prescriptions and waved them at me and said, "well, hopefully I'll get to it tonight" as if I'm being a nuisance. I'm leaving for a trip tonight and now I'm leaving without my prescription that was sent in yesterday. I also called this morning at 10am and "Dr" Courtney said it would be filled today. It's now 6pm and still nothing. I even waited around for a while in hopes she might be able to help me. I asked if she had a time estimate and she just kept saying hopefully she would get to it tonight. Hopefully she will learn to treat others with more kindness but l'll never know because I will never go back to that pharmacy. Sorry for asking you to kindly to do your job."
"They always been the best. Kind and considerate.they us customer's by name and always are willing to help. I cannot say enough good things to do them justice. They truly care and are always helpful."
"Pharmacy female technician absolutely horrible and rude to customers and couriers. I got treated like dirt and pharmacist just watched. Jan 22 2024 4pm."
"After having an issue refilling my asthma inhaler (same medicine I’ve been on since I was 18 months old) I called hoping to talk to a manager and get some answers and resolve the situation as the fact that it’s breathing related it’s time sensitive especially with a respiratory virus going around... huge mistake the manager (Nick) should find a different line of work considering people’s lives depend on him being helpful which he was not . This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with in my 30+ years in St. Petersburg , last time they lied and said my insurance no longer covers my inhaler which normally I get one covered and one I pay for per month because Medicare only covers one per month but I was told they no longer cover that medication at all (so I paid in cash) only to call my insurance company and find out it was covered so yea id advise if they feed you the same line about a medication not covered I’d follow up because they are negligent at best and that’s if it was a mistake which who really knows needless to say after I resolve this issue I will find another pharmacy..."
"I filled a simple prescription of 10 pills and only received 6 pills. So I was inconvenienced and had to go back to the pharmacy and have them give me the four pills that they shorted me. Amazing if you really can't count to 10"
