You are literally the same company selling in two different venues and yet you can't price match yourself. Then when the order is put online you want the customer to come back later in the day to pick it up even though they're standing right there. That was my first, and probably last time I will be in that store."

It's either their inferior products or their poor customer service and sometimes its both. Save your self the aggravation and use any one of their competitors, you'll be glad you did.
