"I went in thinking I needed a restring on a necklace and she gave me a great quote but when she looked at the necklace she said it is an easy fix and she fixed it right there and didn't charge me! 10/10 experience would recommend she is the nicest lady you will meet"

"I had a beaded necklace restrung here and it broke within a couple of years. I went back to have it restrung again. The woman at the counter was very defensive when I told her what had happened. She even denied that they had done the work in the first place! She said they never even carried the cord that was used! She asked me for my receipt, which I didn't save from years prior. I thought maybe they kept records, but they didn't. She implied that I was lying about having it restrung by them! It was definitely restrung by them! There were other people in the store listening. It was very upsetting. I wasn't even asking her to restring it for free! It was such an unexpected response. I left and drove all the way to Lakewood Ranch to have it restrung, instead. They were much kinder. They said the cord that had been used wasn't strong enough for the beads and should never have been used in the first place."

"Beautiful little bead store :) lots of nifty stuff and a good selection of new things not seem everywhere! Popped in on open beading day, and they have a healthy beading community who participates there ;) not a huge place, a little tight for the wheelchair, but staff is friendly and helpful and knows where everything is. Great color selection - purple is a tough seed bead color, but I found bunches of different purples there to make me happy! Seed bead prices are quite reasonable too :) worth a stop!"
