"Its prom time shopping for high school girls and was told by an associate that they are out of stock on formal wear. Well I guess I will take my 2 girls elsewhere to buy their prom dresses. Need to get with it. Your gonna lose alot of business not having prom dresses n accessories this time of the year."

"Lorena is absolutely wonderful! Normally I completely dread shopping for clothes but she absolutely makes the experience fun and enjoyable! To the point where the wife and I will plan it together as she makes the experience unique and fun, she caters to you and brings you items I didn’t want to pull myself off the rack thinking it wouldn’t look good or fit my body well… but to my surprise she knew how it would fit and how the color played with my skin tone. My wife has now said you’ve never looked better in clothes! If you’re looking to make your shopping experience more enjoyable and fun ask for Lorena!"
"Went in on Friday to check out men's suits. Asked if they could get one available by Wednesday and they said they could. I saw the prices were over a thousand dollars, and some almost two thousand. The salesman said what did you expect this is Saks. When I said those prices are high, he said he could got help me anymore and walked away."
"One of the ladies works at the shoe department must think she is sap smart by selling me a pair of $400 shoes. I went in there for that particular pair and it was the last one they have. It looked fine but one of the shoes had a small dirty spot on it which actually doesn’t matter much to me. But because they are expensive, I rather to get a brand new one, therefore I asked if they have another pair. The lady told me no but she also told me they can clean the spot off if I want. I was going to let them do that, however, she must worried if the spot won’t come off, I wouldn’t buy it. Then she said she can order a new pair for me online which I could do it by myself at home and have they sent to me from Saks’ warehouse in PA. But since I was there already, I said sure. My friend also pointed out there are few scratch mark on the shoes from people trying on. She ordered the shoes for me and it came 2 days later from Palermo, FL which I thought it was strange because I ordered another pair of shoes and sunglasses from Saks website, they all come from PA, plus they were ordered 2 days before I went to Saks and still haven’t received them yet. But I also understand some items might be low on inventory and might be sent out from another location of store. When I opened the box, I picked up the right side of the shoes and see the dirty spot, yes, it was the same shoe I tried on in the store. I looked at the bottom of the shoe and see the retail sticker was tried to be pull off but unsuccessfully. The only reason an online order has retail stricter on is because it was in a retail store. And this pair of shoes, the reason they want to peel off the sticker is because it had wrong size sticker on in the store when I tried on. I noticed the sticker was size 36 but the actual shoe is size 37 when I was trying it on in store. From the dirty spot, trying on scratch mark and sticker, I KNOW FOR SURE they are the same pair I tried on in the store. Here is my problem. I WOULD BOUGHT the shoes in the store anyway if they didn’t offer me the online order because I already decided to buy them. But by making an offer of online oder, they made me believe I will receive a different pair. Then mail me the same pair?! That’s disappointed. What a way to cheat and lay to your customers? I will NEVER buy anything from that shoe department anymore nor let them order for me to get commission. I will tho, go in and try on and make them work!!!"
