"I visited the AT&T Store at the Town Center in Jax mid-February 2024. The Manager (Dee) and Asst. Manager (Melanie) were very knowledgeable and professional! It is very evident that they are great Managers, and their staff is well trained and professional. Employees Dayron, Bobbie and Barbara all assisted me over several visits. They are a great team and are very knowledgeable about all the products and services. Their professionalism, outstanding customer service, friendliness, genuine concern for my needs, a clean and well organized store, and the fact that they saved me a lot of money motivated me to write this review. I switched from Cable (Xfinity) to AT&T Fiber and DirectTV Stream and my bill went from $303 per month with Xfinity, to $160- cut my bill almost in half! Mostly Melanie, but the employees as well showed me how much I could save. Also, I switched from Verizon wireless with 2 lines at $152 per month, to AT&T Wireless at $80, once again cutting my bill almost in half (using the over 55 Florida rate). By getting Wireless and Fiber, I received an additional $20 discount on Internet. The store is busy because it is a large store in a great location with a lot of foot traffic, but I only waited more than a couple of minutes once out of the 3 times I went in to the store. Dayron set up my Fiber and Wireless on one day. I asked a lot of questions, and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. It took some time to set up all the service and two iPhones 15, but he was very efficient and went through the steps as fast as he could. Manager Dee helped him with a technical issue from their software. On another visit, Bobby set up a VOIP line and helped with an iPhone trade in return shipment on another day. He is also knowledgeable and professional. And yesterday Barbara assisted me with a trade in and return of my other iPhone. She also assisted in linking my wife's Apple Watch to her new iPhone. She was very efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Barbara took some extra time since the store was not too busy at that point, to show me features of the iPhone 15 and camera. In my research, I visited the AT&T store on Baymeadows and Southside. Although their staff were informative, the team at the Town Center store were the most "out of their way" helpful and professional. They make you feel welcome, comfortable, valued, and know that as consumers, we have choices. They did not try to upsell anything; they just guide you to make a decision on products and services that fit. I am retired now but was a manager at different levels in my career- I would love to be a worker or a manager with this team. They are friendly, upbeat, work well as a team, and they just seem to have fun while working. Cut the Cable Cord like I did and pay them a visit to see if they can save you as much money as they did me. You will absolutely be blown away by their customer service. Ed L."
"Destini & Bobby were knowledgeable, courteous with decent follow up. We were given order dates that weren’t accurate. Once the watch arrived, we gave them an hour notice of arrival, then once we got to the store, we waited over an hour. I pretty much did all the set up myself, I could have done this from my home instead. I wasted a lot of time, when I could have ordered it from Amazon and completed set up from home."

However, Deatini’s exceptional customer service and complete detail of how to properly utilize my service plan were the only reasons stayed with the company. Destini was very informative.
