"This store took my money for a new phone and cell service for a prepaid account - over $600 - and they could not deliver the service because the number they gave me was for another account. No one knew how to fix the problem except that they were not in any hurry to return my money when it was obvious this error was never going to be fixed. I was able to get the $575 I spent on my phone back after two weeks. But I had to go into the store every day and hound them. Now I am still waiting to get my money back for the service I paid for and it's now more than 2 months. The last time I was in I took up an hour of the sales person's time and other customers were lined up. And they keep promising the money will be returned but it never is. Would not recommend TMobile to anyone. Buyer beware. I should also add that when I was in the store in November, the staff were encouraging (there is another stronger word here that is more accurate and it starts with "ex") customers to leave positive Google reviews - even helping us sign on and write the review - because they were in a competition with another store. So I would take care reading the reviews."
