"This is the main T-Mobile store in Lakeland so I think it's the best place to go if you need some kind of repair or service. They are often busy or t-mobile headquarters seems to take a while to service the worker's phone calls. My last visit took a good 45 minutes but the representative got the job done."
"Trash customer service. The lady helping today tried to put my wife’s old sim card in her new phone. When we told her that we weren’t using the number or anything from the old phone, that it would be a brand new number and everything, she took the SIM card. Didn’t give it back. Don’t put a SIM card in the new phone. Then denied that there ever was a SIM card. Now my wife’s new phone doesn’t work and they won’t fix it without me present.. TRASH."
