"Bought a used vehicle with a 1 1/2 year old battery from this place, vehicle died on me. Charged the battery, drove it to Battery Source according to them it was not the battery. I had them replaced the battery (paid over $100). Months later, same problem with the second battery. Took it to have the vehicle checked and I was told there's something wrong with the battery. They personally took the time to call Battery Source and were told the warranty is not good? One year old battery? How is this possible?"

"Very disappointing experience. DO NOT BUY A CAR BATTERY FROM THEM!! Purchased a battery there 2 months ago. It literally died, leaving me stranded in the TJ Maxx parking lot. Battery Source exchanged the battery for a new one that died 3 weeks later, leaving me stranded AGAIN. Had the car towed to Martin's (great place), where the mechanic tested everything and found that this 2nd battery would NOT hold a charge. The mechanic also told us that ours was not the first Battery Source battery to be no good. Martin's replaced the worthless Battery Source POS with a Die Hard. Taking the 2nd battery back to Battery Source. They better give us a refund. No one wants or needs to be stranded!!"

"Extremely, helpful waited on right away explained what I needed he had it for me in minutes. I had been looking for this watch battery, it's not your every day battery , for at least a month. I never expected him to have it, jewelers didn't have it. Fantastic surprise any problems with batteries of any type frist place to try is The Battery Source on hwy 200 south side if they can't help, they sure will point you in the right direction. The prices are also very very good. While there I questioned about a battery for my Volkswagen, much better price than I expected. So before you go to another place for any battery check them out."
