"I had an unusual experience. I purchased a $12.00 cactus plant. I found next week it was rotting and dying. So I went back exactly 2 weeks later and with the help of an extremely nice lady picked up another one. The rotting plant was in the original pot. So it looked like a straight deal. Then came the surprise. The lady in the office said NO EXCHANGES. I keep the dead one and I pay for the other. So just be aware. No returns even if they knowingly sold you a half dead plant. Which is what happened"
