If they don't have what you need, they will get it for you. You can order off the Ace Website and it will ship to the store, they'll be notified, track it, and let you know when it arrives. "I went in this A.M. to get a new key made with my son. I walked passed Isabella who is at the front register. The shift leader who I didn’t get his name, very very polite, greeted me when he realized I was more than halfway past the register. I had no idea there was anyone at the register until I looked. No welcome, good morning or anything from Isabella just a blank stair. He made my key and said have a good day. When I got to the register Isabella didn’t say not a word to me. I handed her the key and she just started at it since it didn’t have a tag and I said Hi good morning and nothing was replied back. The first words out of her mouth was, ”do you have a rewards with us?” I replied and said yes, I think my husband does”. I gave her the phone number. She then gave me the total and I asked if she had changed for a $100 bill. She said “ughhhhh yes”. I asked her if she found my husbands account since she didn’t confirm she found him before giving me my total, she said yes. She gave me my change and didn’t say bye, have a good day or anything. I am one for always giving a good review but I will not when credit isn’t due, due to the unprofessional atmosphere I walked in and out of. This is not the first time I have witnessed rude attitude from the staff. My husband always comes home and tells me how he had to find something on his own because no one knew where anything was and how short language and uncaring the staff is. I REGRET passing Home Depot on my way home just to get a key. When I called the store to speak with the manager I could tell it was her answering the phone. I could barley understand her when the only thing she muttered was the stores name. I’m not leaving this review to call Isabella out only but in hopes the manager cares to have a speaking with his/her staff so they learn how professionalism, speaking, greeting and smiles go along way because she’s not the only one who acts this way. Sounds like there needs to be things added to the training manual and I forced since there’s a problem. I saw good reviews posted this morning that were printed out and those customers must have been there at the right time to have someone who’s pleasant to be helped by. Customer service is not the job for you if a customer leaves feeling the way I do ever single time I walk in this store. I will be leaving more reviews every single time I walk back in whether if it’s a good or bad review to keep Google updated since it looks like nobody goes on here to leave reviews. All the reviews are from a year plus ago"
