"Just stopped in (after going to a more convenient place to my house in Jupiter ) to look for planters . I always love Bushel Stop , but don’t want to take the extra time , but this place is worth it !!!! There were so many planters and planter colors to chose from . Their plant section is incredible and the staff is always on hand to help you and are knowledgeable and friendly . Big plus!!"

"Waited 15 minutes to buy plants that I already knew what I wanted. Went and sat in truck to wait a few more minutes. Then one of the employees comes out rather aggressively to tell me to move and I shouldn't park here. Well maybe you shouldn't put plants in your available parking spaces. Your employees need some serious customer service skills training or be replaced. I would give them 0 stars if I could."

"The stars are for the selection & layout of products; it’s easy to understand what’s full sun or shade, etc., and there is lots of choice for rocks, planters, seats, decor, etc. However, you MUST know what you want and about plants before you go here. Make no mistake, customer service is not their business. Plenty of staff around but they do not speak English and the ones who do speak English are tucked inside by the register & have no interest in helping you with height, design or choices for your yard. Like most businesses in these crazy times, the friendliness just isn’t there. They look too busy to be bothered and faces have an attitude that they expect some sort of fight. My landscaper goes here so thankfully I won’t have to go in future. Take photos and show your yard Co what you want."
