"Husband and I ordered something very special for this Valentine's Day way in advance to prevent any delays or hiccups. Well, my husband's order got delivered yesterday with half the order missing, the driver had no idea. Husband spent all day yesterday and this morning trying to get ahold of this franchise with no results. He finally got ahold of "Janet" who'd mentioned the manager would call us back with an update. After 3 hours, no update; called in again and got Janet with a terrible customer service attitude. Quite honestly we should've just canceled everything at this point . We asked to speak to the manager who didn't let me explain the situation and cut me off every time I tried. They mentioned we would get our order out with the next driver "within the next couple of hours", so basically we spent over $200 for an overpriced arrangement and terrible customer service Update: At 8pm we gave up waiting for the order, we went to sleep. Only to find out this morning the order had been delivered after 9pm, no one knocked and it was placed on the floor. Everything had stayed out all night ruining the whole fruit which we had to toss. I believe the manager intentionally set the order to be delivered last. Save yourself the hassle, do not order delivery from here, you will be disappointed. Update #2 To be honest, I didn't think I was going to get contacted ever again by edible arrangements, however I did get contacted by Linda. She apologized for all that had transpired on Valentine's and offered a refund and even sent a little treat! This has restored belief in this particular branch. I have updated my review for that reason."
"Beware of the Jupiter Edible Arrangements store! Despite numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the delivery issues, the store has been unresponsive and unwilling to make things right. It's disheartening to experience such neglectful service from a supposedly reputable establishment. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this unreliable spot. Don't let their enticing promises fool you; they simply can't deliver when it counts."
"Beware of the deceitful practices at the Jupiter Edible Arrangements store! My wife's birthday order was never delivered, and on Valentine's Day, they only delivered the chocolate, omitting the beautiful bouquet I had ordered, thus utterly ruining our celebration. Despite countless attempts to resolve the issue, the store stubbornly refuses to return calls or make amends. Don't fall victim to their false promises and neglectful service. Save yourself the disappointment and shop elsewhere for your special occasions. Spread the word and warn others to steer clear of this unreliable establishment!"
"I ordered a gift for Valentine’s Day and I was charged a $20 fee for hand delivery on Valentine’s Day, any other day it was free delivery. They ended up delivering it on February 15th and still charged me the extra $20. On top of that, I’ve called several times to rectify the situation. No one has answered except one time when someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. I want a refund for the untimely delivery."
"This particular edible arrangement site has horrible service and horrible follow through. I was expecting a package on 1/25/24. Received a Text from the driver that evening saying they would not be able to deliver and it would be delivered on Friday 1/26. I let the driver know that someone would be home all day on Friday. On Friday it was already 5 PM so I called the store directly. The store clerk went through a conversation of how businesses and schools have priority for delivery, despite the fact that my delivery was scheduled for the day before. The driver reached out and indicated they were behind because of all the deliveries. The person at the store indicated they could not refund because they were not the manager, the driver said they were the temporary site manager. The driver also said the routes are established for them. So she drove PAST my home to get to another area to deliver. (CRAZY!!) I was told the district manager would reach out to issue a refund or get this delivery done. Mind you my home is less than 10 minutes away from the actual store. I was informed that I would have an answer as to refund or delivery by Saturday morning. Saturday morning 1/27. Still no answer. Had to call the store again and had to text the driver again. Now the store person says they can issue a refund. Why couldn’t they do this 3 days ago??? !!!!!! Buyer beware if you use this store."
