"I had a layover and thought I would pick up a new Meisterstück pen. I had to leave when the gentleman working there didn’t know what a nib was on a fountain pen or tell me the differences between the different Meisterstück models."

"Called just to ask if they had cuff links in stock and the woman on the phone was beyond rude. Asked her to repeat herself because I couldn’t understand her. She was frustrated and ended up hanging up on me. I called back and the attitude in her tone was beyond. I’m simply just calling to see if you have a product in stock before wasting my time driving there. Wow."

"Watch out for Danny. He does not pay attention to whether you tell him that you are flying domestic or international and will name you the international price but charge you the domestic - tax included price and then say that you told him international."

"Edit Jan, 21, 2020. On my flight back through Miami Airport I decided to give this store a second chance. This time the person working , I believe his name was Douglas, was very helpful and attentive. I did make a purchase, but only wish I could have made it on my first stop by the store... December 25th, 2019: Poor, poor customer service. I stopped by the store today looking to get a bottle of Montblanc ink. Sadly the person working there did not bother to even acknowledge my presence. He kept on looking down where he was standing. As I was getting on an international flight I just left the store. Truly terrible."
