"OMG. I wish I had read these reviews before I went here. I bought a "silver" chain from these ppl. Noticed my neck was itching. The chain is BLACK. I'll update after I go there and try to resolve this in a Christian manner. They cleaned my chain and all is well"

"STAY AWAY** They do t deserve the 1 star the system requires. Terrible customer service, sterling silver is not sterling silver, would not exchange because it was after 7 days. I know have a chain that I can’t wear. They should be out of business or sell real merchandise. I hate being taken advantage of and I hope my watch holds up because I had they replace my battery. I really wished I would have read the reviews before."

"Brought a necklace for repair of broken chain. When they returned, chain was way shorter. They took a good 3" of the gold chain. When brought up to the owners, both wife and husband were very aggressive. Do not trust this store and these people."

"Have used this place mainly to get watch batteries and leather watch bands replaced and although they were never very friendly I didn’t care so much about that. However, 4 weeks ago I bought a new leather watch band and within 2 weeks the leather was cracked! I went back today with my receipt but the very nasty owner said there is no warranty on watch bands and didn’t even apologize!! Also, to take out one link from another watch he would charge $12.95 and 2 other places, also in the Mall charge $10!! Do not ever purchase or use them to repair anything from Luxurious, they overcharge and are incredibly rude. They don’ t have any idea what Customer Service means!"

"I would give a negative start if I could. Bought a band for my smart watch and it broke within months, paid almost 65 bucks for it and it was the worst decision. Amazon is a much better choice and they will send 2 bands usually for under 20$ with easy installation. I went back and the owner was gonna charge me another 10$ to repair. He said he didn't remember me, as if they were so so busy. I was there a long time asking questions about quality and where they get their bands from. Garbage materials and terrible return customer service. Said I needed a receipt when he saw me less than 3 months ago. I told him I threw it away thinking it would at least last me 1yr."
