"Purchased a watch on line was not for me returned it to Altamonte Springs Fl store. I was greeted when I entered by well dressed young man and advised him I would like to return a watch he asked was anything wrong with it I said it was not for me to big and heavy he then saw watch I was wearing and said what type of watch do you usually wear I sad this one is a cheap citizen he then took offense and said the one your returning is a citizen I don’t consider them cheap and walked away and left me standing there. I then followed him and he was very nasty about the return when he gave me return receipt he did not even say thank you but I said thank you for your help and left.For some unknown reason he took the return personal like he was loosing a sale he did not even ask would I like to see other watches poor salesmanship."

The quality is amazing and the warranty to protect it is even better. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I ended up with my perfect band!"
