"Purchased a Christmas tree online for pick-up in store. Received text that my order was confirmed and to come pick it up at this store. We arrive to pick it up. Purchase a bunch of Christmas supplies and then ask the cashier for the tree. We were informed that it didn't show as confirmed on her handheld. I proceeded to show her my text and then went back and checked the handheld. She told me that she couldn't get one for me as they didn't have one in stock, but I could purchase one of the other two remaining Christmas trees that were double the price. We decided to leave and go looking for one elsewhere. We actually found one at the Home Depot, so we'll be canceling the order at Michael's. NOTE: If this review has helped you in any way, PLEASE like this review so it can be elevated faster for them to be informed of how well that they are doing! If you have a different experience than I had, I'd love to know about your experience to see where our differences were. Thanks again for reading my review."
"The front desk girl (with greenish hair) she literally saw a customer cutting in front of us and instead of helping us that we were there first she just ignored us and chose to help the person cutting line! Y’all need to hire people that knows how to prioritize and have some values they just support this messed up behaviors and make customers feel horrible !!! If I go back there and the girl with the dyed greenish hair is on the front I will not shop there!"
"I always go here, determined to craft and decorate more. Never happens, but at least the selection is great, and I never have a problem finding fun things to make me feel super festive."
"the workers are so friendly & will happily help you find whatever you need since it’s a huge store. they always have a great deal going on plus a 20-25% mobile coupon that’s been valid for at least a year with no log in required! great place to grab any last minute crafts, a snack, or even magazines/books. their furniture & home goods selection has also improved a lot this past year. this is my preferred craft store in the area by far!"
"They had a good amount of things on clearance but, don’t like finding items without a tag attached. Then, I have to find an associate when just putting a tag on save me steps."
