"Not in the food service industry? Stay Away! My wife visited the store to purchase me a 10" replacement saute pan. The clerk stated it was not available (even though pans were hanging on the wall) and informed her the store only catered to the restaurant people. And then bluntly told her to go to Walmart! Seems the business should put a sign over the front door "Servicing Industry Only". Hope they have a great industry following."
