I want to thank Claudia, Anabel, Yuliel & Camelia for their outstanding approach & enthusiasm, I was looking for something specific and all of them help me find it. Also went above and beyond to customized the piece to my specifications. I will be coming back, they have a customer for life. I really mean this. They had the right attitude and the will to go above and beyond to help me as a customer. I don't usually do reviews, but in this case, I felt everyone needed to know it was the PERFECT experience. En los años que he estado interactuando con joyerías, me he encontrado con muy pocas como ésta. No tengo ninguna duda de que estas damas son las mejores de las mejores en lo que hacen. "poor customer service.i send them two customers to the 27 ave and 28 they both purchase a cuban link chain one of them for 5600 and i call to see if go the same day i get a reward or 100 dollars store credit for me to purchase anything and they said that their not interested or need references.... my complaint is the customer service. i work in retails and i do customer service their just not trained or educated enough to deal with a guest. i wanted to buy i wasn't asking for free."
