"My experience today, Thursday, May 13 at 10:22 am. This time it was again terrible, despite the kind attention, because they steal with a smile on their lips. Their radio ads and business card literally say "$4 battery for your watch," but then when they see that the device is of Swiss origin, the rate is $8.00 for each one. This is called misleading advertising anywhere in the world and is a crime. I attach the card and service ticket so that anyone can compare what things are like here, and so that the store can also make this "exception" known through advertisements."
