"I have been going to this store for years and the employees have always been courteous. However I went back a couple of days ago to purchase some items. My total was enough for a “free” pen with your purchase, however I saw this after I had made the purchase, neither the seller nor the manager told me of the offer, when I inquired about it the manager started YELLING I wasn’t eligible for some reason she made up on the spot. I have never been one to leave bad reviews, but the manager was so crass and rude it made my blood boil. Needless to say I will not be going back to the store either until the manager learns to behave like a civilized member of society and learns some manners or she is completely replaced altogether. Either works with me."

"Beware of their warranty!! They say they have 1 year warranty on their jewelry and it’s a lie!!! We bought 2 bracelets and with in a month they broke. When we went back to exchange them they said the manager was not in and all exchanges needed to be done with the manager. Went back several times and the manager was never available. Last attempt to exchange all the information from the purchase mysteriously disappeared! Will never buy from them again!!!"
