"If you want a Pandora item, make sure you skip Maurice's Jewelers. They are a franchise and don't really care about Pandora customers. Service at a Pandora store is exceptionaly better. The seller was ok but the manager, not really. I wanted a sliding bracelet and they said the only one they had would come with a charm, but I didn't like that charm, Priscilla, the manager gave that always excuse that the "system would not accept to sell the bracelet by itself (without the charm)" So I said, ok, Can I have another charm and she said the same thing. "No, because the system would not accept to sell the bracelet with another charm". BS. They didn't even offer another thing, or gave me another option. They are that type of store that they have what they have and that's it. If you want, here it is, if not, bye."
