"I ordered flowers for valentines day about a week ahead. I wanted them to be there before my girlfriend was leaving work about 12noon. I was told the only way they could guarantee it was to get them there by 8AM and they checked on it and said that was fine. At near 12:30 I called because I didn't get a confirmation from them, only to find out that they didn't get them there, seemed to have trouble finding the order, then said it was on a truck. I was furious because I sent them to her work so others knew she had a valentine. I cancelled the order and they were nice enough to refund it. Unfortunately Valentines Day is once a year. Also, I kept a copy of the invoice they sent me that states clearly 8-12 in case anyone disputes this order."
