"If only ZERO stars were an option! My husband ordered a bouquet that was over $150 for our Anniversary. They never arrived and this business is never open nor do they return phone calls. I will be reporting to the BBB, Clearwater Chamber of Commerce, & AG. Truly a BAD experience! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE and DONT GET SCAMMED like we did!"

"We ordered flowers for my grandmas funeral. They never got delivered. We found out the moment we came to the viewing that the flowers were not delivered. When I called to find out what was going on, the lady was quite rude and told me the order was rejected due to them not having the flowers. I was NOT notified. Finding out the day of the funeral was devastating. If you are getting flowers for a special event, think twice before buying here. Extremely sad and disappointed"

"We had a beautiful flower arrangement delivered to our home. They were absolutely beautiful and the owner, who delivered them to us was super sweet and gave direction for them to last the longest! Highly recommend!!"

"My boyfriend inquired about my favorite type of flowers (peonies). The woman he spoke to was rude and not personable at all. He asked them since they don’t have the flowers available would they refund the money shortly, the lady bluntly with an attitude said “Why is nothing was charged!?” He happened to check his bank account and they charged him $150!!!!! Now he has to dispute it with the bank because they never delivered flowers and the store is closed for summer break. If you cannot be patient with customers, assist them with questions even though they are obvious to the worker… they are not obvious to the person calling. Simply don’t work there? Scam. If there were ZERO stars as an option I would have selected it. Never buying from there again."

"I ordered a Sweet Tranquility Basket Deluxe for $70 plus delivery. Pictures speak for themselves with the comparison to the website and what my Mom received for this price. These two items are not even similar to me. It has less variety, less flowers and came in a red vase. I let them know and got no response. I had similar results last time I ordered here, but figured maybe it was just bad luck. Now I know better."
