"Wow! What a beautiful, decadent dessert! I love the combination of aesthetics and deliciousness you can always expect from Edible Arrangements. Recently, Stephanie at Edible Arrangements in Clearwater set me up with an amazing treat tray for an elementary Valentine's Day party. It was a huge hit with the kids and parents alike! And there was a gorgeous bouquet of multicolored roses that I unfortunately forgot to photograph, but they made a lovely centerpiece on our treat table. Thank you so very much, Stephanie!"

"TLDR: I was lied to, ignored, hung up on and spoken down to by this location's staff. I did not receive the order that I booked a week in advance for Valentines Day. It ruined my and my wife's first Valentine's day as a married couple. The manager Stephanie was especially rude and deflected all blame to corporate and spoke down on me/hung up on me several times instead of taking responsibility and apologizing. Horrible experience, never use them again, I encourage you not to either. ORIGINAL POST: I placed an order a week before Valentines day and paid extra to make sure it got delivered on the holiday. It is now 5 minutes before the store closes on Valentines day and they have not even started the order. I called earlier today and they specifically said that they had the order and that it would be delivered by the end of the day. i have been trying to call for the past two hours and it doesn’t even ring, it goes straight to the automated system to leave a message. I submitted a claim to corporate but it kind of ruined the day for me and my wife on our first valentines day as a married couple. really terrible service and the woman on the phone was also very rude when she did answer earlier in the day. I will update the review from one star if i somehow miraculously get the order or if they do something to rectify this mistake. Edit 1: At about 8:45 at night they randomly marked the order as delivered. It was absolutely not. It jumped straight from received, skipped preparing, and out for delivery, and was marked as delivered within a span of 3 minutes. Nobody is answering and customer support is unavailable. i will update if they ever get back to me. extremely disappointed. Edit 2: It is now the 15th. I have been calling all morning both corporate and the location. I managed to get the location on the phone once. The manager was incredibly frustrated and refused to take accountability for the screw up. She blamed the owner for not giving them the tools they need to succeed. I understand that, but at the same time, it is your job to take responsibility, not deflect. She put me on hold abruptly and never picked back up. We called back several times and it went right to voicemail each and every time. I am trying to get my money back and nobody is responding except the twitter admin who tried to get me to post my first and last name on social media publicly. i cannot believe how terrible this company is. Edit 3: The twitter admin was able to DM me and send me a message. It was the only way I was able to contact an edible arrangements representative despite several calls throughout the morning. They put in a refund request for my order and said "thanks for letting us make this right" I replied and told them very clearly that they did not make things right. They ruined my and my wife's first valentines day as a married couple, told me I would get my money back in 10 days, and said they fixed it. It is not fixed. I am pissed off. This is unacceptable. Never use edible arrangements, especially this location. Edit 4: Spoke with the store again to see how on earth it was possible to screw up this badly and get answers for why my order would be marked as delivered when it very obviously was not. We asked to speak with a manager the person we were speaking to claimed that she was the manager. When asked for her name, she hung up the phone without another word. I called back to figure out what happened and to get her name and she provided it while rudely talking to other people and disregarding us. She said her name was Stephanie. I am honestly at a loss for words. This has been a nightmare of an experience and I truthfully and wholeheartedly ask that you not do business with a company that treats its customers the way I was treated. I hope this was a mistake. I hope that this wasn't the same experience had by others on Valentines day, but based on other reviews and social media posts, it looks like this has happened to a lot of people. I am waiting on a refund and was offered nothing to make up for this horrible experience."

"A shout out to Stephanie at Edible Arrangements for awesome work! We ordered an item for a customer event, and when there was something unavailable, Stephanie called right away. She offered some great suggestions and ultimately went over and above and delivered more than I paid for and more than I expected! While their edibles might amazing, the value Stephanie brought proves she isn’t in the edible business, but she’s obviously in the relationship business!!! Five stars and I’ll absolutely be back for more! Thank you Stephanie!"
