"This location is using your points without your permission and disguising it as a discount. My mother went in and picked up her order, and when she came out she told me the nice girl in there gave her a discount. I asked what she meant and she told me the girl said "oh I can just take the change off for you" so it was $20 even. I said that was nice and I checked her receipt, and it said 82 cents in points had been used. My mom was upset but was too tired to go back in so I went in for her. I took her receipt and went in and asked the only person at the counter what was up with the points being used, and said my mom had just walked out of there. She apologized profusely and said that "theyre supposed to ask before they do that and aren't allowed to do it with permission" as if talking about another employee. She offered to put those points back on her account and I said to please do so. When I went back out I asked who it was that checked her out. It was the same girl who I just spoke to, purple hair and a tye dye hat, who had acted like another employee had done it. My mom specifically likes to save up her points and had mentioned to me her points weren't going up as fast as she thought. Going back through recipts, this isn't the first time it happened. Hours are different than all other curaleaf locations"
