"since I entered the store I felt that it would be a good place and I was not mistaken, the personalized attention they gave me was incredible, I know that sometimes I ask many questions but here they were all answered and do not hesitate a second to buy my refrigerator and kitchen in that place. Then the delivery arrived where they arrived on time and they were very delicate when lowering everything, they taught me everything in detail to know that everything arrived in Perfect condition and it was. the installation was quick, everything that was moved or made dirty was cleaned, I have no complaints, rather many good things to say. Since then, every house that I have to remodel I have them. if I had to describe them in three words it would be quality, responsible and good service."

"Stay away!!! They sell used units and claim they are new open box. Also sell items that are not operational. I would give them 0 stars if possible. The pics below are from my "new" washer, dryer AND stove. as you can see they are not new. They refuse to acknowledge any wrong doing. Make you drop off your items to their store. They are unprofessional and rude. If you experience the same contact channel 9 news, federal trade commission and BBB. They are selling used and defective appliances."

"Brought a kenmore Elite refridgeration on November 14th with a 90 days warranty and from day one the ice maker did not work. Sent the owner a text to which he has not replied and today is January 15th. Very bad customer service. I will be seeking legal actions!"

"Not even a star this store deserves. We bought a washer an dryer and we have so many problems with them all the time. My husband called the guy and he never answered the phone. My daughter went to the store so many times because the appliances gave us so many problems. The owner promised so many times he will find something for us and it was the same thing all over. At the end we were so tired and mad dealing with them that we decided not to call anymore. The last washer he gave us it was the same he brought us before with problems. I don't recommend this place to anybody."

"I bought 2 appliances from them about 2 months ago. The owner advised me that my appliances would get to me some time on monday. Monday comes and no appliances. I call the owner and he refused to pick up his phone so I had to go into the store. (Before I made any purchases he gave me his personal number and had mine in his phone). The worker tells me that they weren't able to get them out to me because their truck was down. Why didn't they give me a curiosity call to inform me of the issues they were having? The worker calls the owner on his phone for me and of course he answers. He was avoiding me. The appliances get to me on tuesday. No problems until i'm like a week away from my warranty ending. My dishwasher is leaking.i called, No answer. I had to go into the shop again. His wife i'm assuming, writes down my number and claimed that the owner would call me. Never called back. I've had to pay to get both appliances fixed when that was something that they were supposed to do. I was well within the warranty when things started to act up. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. DON'T LET THOSE 5 GOOD REVIEWS FOOL YOU."
