"I was in the store visiting on Friday, September 29 and I arrived after 7:30 PM. While still shopping, there was an announcement at 8:00 PM that the store was closed and they started shutting off all of the lights! There was no prior notice, which is typical in most stores to let you know that the store will be closing in 10 or 15 minutes. To turn off lights and try to find an exit, as I was not familiar with this store, was very frustrating. I had two items in my hand to purchase, and I had to set them down and leave the store. It was very unprofessional and I believe poor management that no announcement was given. JC Penney was clearly not interested in my business nor my purchases."

"Didn't get to go in. The Loop website told me the store was open at 10am, this was great so I thought. I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes, then proceeded to the door. I saw on the door 11 am. This was a mistake, but no. I wasn't the only one who saw 10am on the website for the Loop shopping center, while I was reading all the rules before entering the store. I saw 7 other cars drive by to see what time the store opened. Most of the stores on this side f the Loop were closed, so I decided to go to Kohl's. It was not a disappointment. Maybe next time I have a another dentist appointment..."
