"The work environment inside the pharmacy it seems to be very tense(my experience happened at a pick hour). When interacting with customers the workers reflect that pressure in their behavior.They don't listen, make mistakes. And some lack of basic customers service skills."

"Great location with wheelchair accessible parking, entrance and bathrooms. Clean and organized. Recently remodeled. A small clinic available on site. Store staff is friendly. Pharmacy on site with drive-thru. Pharmacy staff is rude and incompetent. They make mistakes with prescriptions and then make you jump through hoops to get what your doctor prescribed. I would not recommend bringing your prescriptions to this location. Not open 24 hours. Closest Walgreens opened 24 hours is about 20 mins away from this location."

"The most unprofessional associate in the pharmacy ever encountered in my life (The assistant mgr. she is Puerto Rican, she speaks Spanish. I’m Puerto Rican also), I still had my hospital bracelet on, just coming out of the hospital (had to stay for 3 days to control my AFIB). Human being that absolutely should not work with people, totally lack of empathy. I have a severe heart condition. She made me go to another Walgreens and they said they didn’t have it. That the one I was at had it, so I go back again and spoke with the same person and she said that they had it in less mcg and she couldn’t give it to me with a sarcastic tone and me to leave because I was holding back the line. I was returning home (a 4 hour drive)"

"Pharmacy techs are incompetent and very rude. This pharmacy always have issues with medications, they never have the meds, they don’t have communication with you. I had to go in person, I had to ask if they can check if the medication is available in other pharmacy and she didn’t even look and said I we don’t have it no other pharmacy have it. I don’t event get medications for my daughter here because one time they made a medication error. They dispatched a Tami flu for my daughter that was prescribed a weeks before when the original prescription was Oral steroids!"

"Was looking for a cough medicine for my wife but couldn’t find the one she needed, Lisa was very helpful and offered help and researched for alternatives but I still decided to ask the pharmacist for guidance and confirm our findings but Hana not only was dismissive but redirected to the shelves despite the fact that I waited there for 10 minutes. If you are at the pharmacy skip Hana if you want help, thanks a million Lisa you showed that at least someone seems to care about customer service"
