I understand the employees having to ask you to apply for their card, but when you say No thank you...you should not be made to feel bad. I said no thank you and the lady made the comment, "no one wants to save money today." No, not when my total is only $20. Why would I open a credit card for that"

"Although I don't frequently shop at Marshall's, I made the decision to go in today. The store was cute, but there was a tremendously big line when it was closing time. There was no use in me waiting in line, so I kept looking at the shirts.The manager told me to get in line because the store was closed. I was heading to the line and made a right to avoid the crowd. The manager walked up behind me again, and gave me an unnecessary attitude to get in line with a tone of voice. I think it was uncalled for and unprofessional; as manager he should be helping the association instead of harassing me. I waited in line for 35 -40 minutes for no reason. I shopped at Macy’s and Dillards and I haven’t experienced this before. The manager that is a guy; could have handle the situation better i can tell he is control freak. I’m Lite next to the line and he was telling me to get on the line like if I was a child. Horrible customer service!"
