"I just called the number listed on this profile and I got a call center. She answered the phone with McCoy Credit Union. I asked why the name is different and she said that she didn’t have that information. I asked to speak to someone at the branch and she gave me the same number that I called. I told her that and she said that was all that she could give me. She wanted to collect all my information to then send me to the branch. I said, I will just have to give all that information again and she said yes. I don’t understand, why my time is being wasted this way. As someone who has worked in the banking industry for many years, I know the script that the call centers have, however, if a customer insists on speaking to someone in the branch, just switch them to the branch. McCoy FCU or CU, please do better."
"Love my experience today at McCoy, Christine did an amazing job I used to bank with her over at the Central Florida branch was upset when we couldn’t find her anymore. Thankfully today I came into the branch on dyer and Osceola parkway. She recognized me right away she helped with linking my two business accounts back on my app. She was amazing and went beyond her service she deserve a raise her customer service experience and professionalism.
