"I walked in to the shop and was not greeted, when I walked up to an empty counter where 2 employees (one being Martha Estrada the store manager)I had to wave them down to get any help, and instead of greeting me, Martha said “I have 2 other people waiting” I immediately said “hello, nice to meet you” then I said”I guess I’m 3rd in like” I waited patiently, finally she finished with a heavier set customer and when this customer was dissatisfied with the customer service, he stormed off and smashed into me on the way by. The store manager ignored it and acted like she didn’t see anything. I told her what happened and she pretended to be oblivious to it occurring. Martha should not be running any sort of Customer service oriented business, as she is rude and unfit to serve happy paying customers."
"I have come in a couple time and every time Martha helps me, she has great customer service skills and very easy to communicate with."
"Went in today Sunday at around 1pm to purchase a used cell phone. I saw two that I wanted to get. But there was only one person working the entire store, and he was busy with some people looking at jewelry. I waited about 15 minutes and no one came to help me so I left. This is a bad business practice. At least have two people for such a busy location. Will never return to this store"
