"I am extremely disappointed. I called long distance to order a gift certificate for a friend. They had "run out" of gifts certificates ???? We tried to have some resolution with the garden center to convey credit. It turns out a staff member dealt very unprofessionally with my friend. Moreover, management called back and took my friend to task? I was very embarrassed to have ordered a surprise for my friend and for her to be treated so shabbily. Where is the customer service??"
