"Days before my package arrived they said it required a indirect signature and I could sign on their site which I did since I wouldn't be home when they delivered it. "They tell you they have made a delivery but nobody knocks on your door to let you know. By the time you see notifications that they have sent its hours after they supposedly delivered. This gives porch thieves plenty of time to steal your stuff and you don't even know."
