"If you bring your packages here. Make sure they are taped up and ready to go. If you let them tape it up for you stay and make sure your items stay in your package!!! I am pretty sure the woman stole a ring ($25/$30) out of my package I was sending to a girlfriend of mine. When my friend got the package she thanked me and listed everything that she got in the package… all besides the ring… I then thought could it have fallen out? Possibly, but I then remembered I had pack and send tape up the box( because I didn’t have anymore tape.)&left before the package was taped up… Silly me, & shame on pack and send."

"I love this store! Not only do they pack and ship, they also have an adorable boutique where they sell beautiful one-of-a-kind pocketbooks and other accessories, plush TY ®️™️ stuffed animals & squishy character pillows, amazingly priced fashion sunglasses (most only $10 a pair), as well as the most gorgeous & unique greeting cards for $3 & $2.50 for smaller hand-painted cards. I was helped by a tall attractive woman the other day who is quite the salesperson. She took the time to explain they only buy one of each purse so customers have a unique handbag that no other woman would be carrying. They also only purchase Vegan purses so no animal would be harmed just for them to sell a handbag. I came in to ship boxes up north and walked out with a new beautiful pocketbook and a handful of beautiful cards which Kelly told me should not cost me extra postage to mail. Not only was Kelly a superb saleswoman, it also appeared she was working solo, and she never skipped a beat! Happily greeted every customer who came through the door, gave the same amount of expert attention to each customer no matter how big or small their needs were, and worked diligently to make sure the customers packing and shipping needs were met...getting the best “Bang for your buck” so to speak. Kelly is most definitely a huge asset to this adorable little shop. The owners should be proud to know they have an employee whose passion for what she does shines bright for all to see! I would highly recommend this gem for packing, shipping and boutique-shopping. Parking in front can be difficult, but Kelly informed me there is a very large parking lot right around the corner from the front stores in the rear of the plaza which appears to be getting a big facelift to welcome Sprouts supermarket. There are great little eateries in the same plaza with offerings of Mexican food, Greek food, even fresh lobster rolls and an authentic German bakery. And yes...there is a Starbucks right next door with perhaps one of the strangest parking lots I’ve ever seen. They ship USPS, FED EX and UPS. You can drop off pre-labeled packages as well as your regular mail. Just a great little place! Thank you Kelly for all your help and I absolutely love my purse!"

"I’ve lived in this area and used this store to ship packages and also to get things notarized , but today was the last day . The owner has always been very nice , however today I went to mail something simple and the cost was only 2$ and something . I asked the guy ringing me up was it ok to use a debit card for that amount and he said yes . Some woman with long gray hair who I guess worked there too was leaning on the counter and says to me “yeah but you shouldn’t “ I said what ? She said it’s going to cost them more in processing fees then you are spending . I show her my wallet and say well I have no cash so what ?? She says she’s not trying to be mean but they (the owners im assuming ) are too nice . Yes. They are nice people and that’s why I have been a customer for 6 years but not anymore . The owner was standing right there on the phone and heard the whole thing . She looked somewhat apologetic and the guy ringing me up looked embarrassed. I already hate having to send out returns anyway , I do NOT appreciate being berated while using a service they OFFER . If this is a problem , make a SIGN and make it a POLICY like a NORMAL business !! Let me know what the processing fee is , I will gladly go to the ATM and drop it off to you . And I hope whoever this god awful person in your store was is not there anymore after this ."

"I've had to deal with this store for many years and every time, I get the feeling that they hate their customers. There's a woman at the front desk with a "can't do" attitude. It appears she wishes customers would just leave. They should not be working with human beings. No customer service skills are evident."

"Fabulous place! We swung in here to mail some stuff home while on vacation. Arlene was very pleasant and very competent. She even let me exercise my inner control-freak self and let me add additional tape to the box. The box arrived today exactly as scheduled. You can’t ask for anything better than that."
