Susan was amazing and was ready to answer my questions from the beginning and kept an open line of communication throughout the process. Joe was able to give us an estimate in person and also helped advise us on what to look for in a reputable moving company, and we knew right away they had the best of intentions. Chester and his helpers were incredible as we were on a 3rd floor in both cities (sorry!). We are so grateful for the care and time everyone took during this move. "Booked J. Palermo for a last minute move packing a shipping container going cross country. After a few less than stellar experiences with moving companies in the area I was quite nervous. We had a lot of heavy and expensive furniture being packed, but the friendly crew put my mind at ease, meticulously wrapping and protecting everything and packing the container so well that I could never imagine we could fit as much as we could.
