"Just went through the drive-through ordered drinks went to go order food. They said they were out of avocado bacon and sourdough bread. Every time I went to go order something. She stated that they didn’t have it very rude. No customer service skills do not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts at all."
"Horrible customer service by the guy claiming to be the manager. They didn't have croissants so we had to very quickly review the menu again and he was rushing and yelling at us to finish. We asked for alternative options and he raised his voice to say "just read the menu" - He was aggressive, argumentative, and combative. We pulled off as it was a very uncomfortable encounter. We will not be returning to this location."
"The staff at this location are ghetto and have no basic customer service. They seems very inconvenienced to do the job they are paid for. Let’s add their hashbowns are $1.70 and you legit get ONLY 6. I called thinking I may have been shorted. To get the same disrespect I received driving thru. The bag is not even half filled (which is why I thought I was shorted) If you want common respect don’t choose this location."
